Prima Computer Services provides a full range of Information Technology services for you to outsource.  We can supply an entire MIS department including Director, Engineers, and Technicians, and can offer 24 hour service.  We would also be perfectly happy to install a new printer driver for you.  We aim to provide exactly what you need, no more, no less, and if you don't know what that is then we can help you find out.  We even have engineers who speak your language.

We work as part of your team, whether that means working together with the marketing department to come up with a budget for your new e-Commerce project, or sitting on the phone with the head office waiting for instructions to flip a switch.  Our goal is to get the job done so that you don't have to worry about it.  We sell nothing but our Service, and our objective is the smooth and efficient operation of your business.

Each Client is assigned a Service Engineer, who coordinates the supply of services needed.  He has a team of technicians who work with him, and has access to a pool of specialists to handle specialised systems.  This team learns the nuances of your business, and supports you month after month, year after year.  Eventually you'll see us as just a few more faces around the office.

We prefer to work on retainer, service contract, or by the project.  We can also offer service on an hourly rate if necessary.  Rates depend on the services required.   A good rule of thumb for complete management of a small to mid sized office is $1000-$2000 per month for each Workstation and $2000-$5000 per month for each Server.

We offer hourly rates with negotiable bulk discounts.
